Sam Bruynseels
Sam Bruynseels (1973) holds a Master in Business Engineering (uHasselt) and a Master in Organisation Psychology (VUB) and has complemented his education through various programs at renowned business schools such as Said Business School (Oxford), Insead and Vlerick. During the first 15 years of his career Sam worked as an auditor, consultant and Interim manager on a wide variety of challenging projects for many reputable organisations.
The last 10 years he has held different senior executive positions in a successful turnaround in a very complex environment, in which he was responsible for several international companies. In 2020 Sam has decided to take his entrepreneurship to the next level and founded Dragonflies together with Rik to become one of the first real independent Operating Partners in Belgium.
Sam is generally described as an inspirational leader and goal-oriented manager with a very entrepreneurial spirit. He is an extremely result oriented decision maker and energising facilitator with a very broad competence grid. He takes his job very seriously, not necessarily himself.
