Rik Vos

Rik Vos (1971) holds a Master in Business Engineering (uHasselt) and a Postgraduate in International Economics, Art & Architecture (Portland State University) and has complemented his education via various management programs throughout his career. He has held different operational responsibilities within large companies with complex reorganisations (Virgin Express, Sabena, bPost, Lineas).

In the last few years he was a senior executive and board member of a successful turnaround in a complex environment. In 2020 Rik has decided to take his entrepreneurship to the next level and founded Dragonflies together with Sam to become one of the first real independent Operating Partners in Belgium.

Rik is generally described as authentic leader with a genuine people focus. He gets his energy from building teams, while creating a positive vibe throughout companies. His ability to clear out ambiguity  and his energetic implementation focus on output helps to create impact on short and long term.
